Materials:
1 bowl of spinach
250 gm cheese (sliced)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 inch piece of ginger
5-6 cloves of garlic
4 raw chillies
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon hot spices
Salt
Two tablespoons cream
Water as needed
Oil as needed
Method:
First, put water in a pan to heat over medium heat.
When it is cooked, add vegetables and put it in a frying pan.
Turn off the heat and wash the spinach in cold water.
Then put the spinach in a mixer. Make sure that the water does not mix.
Now put onion, garlic, ginger and tomato in a mixer and put it in a container.
Heat the oil again in a pan over medium heat.
When the oil is hot, add the prepared ginger-garlic paste and fry.
Then add spinach paste and let it boil. When cooked, add salt and hot spices.
Now put the pieces of cheese in it and stir the spinach once.
When the gravy thickens, add a little water.
As soon as the gravy is ready, turn off the heat and pour the cream on top.
Spinach cheese is ready. Serve with rice, bread or naan.
