Border Security Force is organizing 45th Inter Frontier Hockey Competition - 2022 at Dronacharya Stadium at BSF Campus Kadamtala, Siliguri w.e.f. 26th to 29th December 2022 under the dynamic leadership of Shri Ajai Singh, Inspector General, North Bengal Frontier in which 11 teams of BSF from Kashmir Ftr, Jammu Ftr, Guwahati Ftr, Tripura Ftr, Punjab Ftr, Rajasthan Ftr, Gujrat Ftr, M&C Ftr, SB Ftr, NB Ftr and Meghalaya Ftr are participating in this competition. The BSF Hockey team has excelled at all levels. It has won many other tournaments at the national level. BSF Hockey team has also dominated the All India Police Hockey Tournament for many years. BSF Hockey team was raised in 1966 at Jalandhar under Punjab Frontier.
Border Security Force securing Indo-Pak and Indo-Bangladesh border since 1965 and has proven its mettle in Border Management as “First Line of Defence”. The spirit of sincerity and devotion to duty which has been imbibed in Seema Praharis was displayed and executed in all fields including sports.
45th Inter Frontier Hockey Competition - 2022 was inaugurated by Sh Sanjay Pant, Deputy Inspector General (Communication), North Bengal Frontier, Kadamtala on 26 Dec 2022 (Monday). BSF Officials, wards of seema praharies and students witnessed the Inter Frontier Hockey Competition - 2022.
