Bengal boy married his lover in the courtyard as a provision of bail. This bizzare case of love and marriage was seen in Bongaon Sub Division court, in North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal on Friday. 


27-years-old young boy Krishnendu Saha, resident of Babu para had love affairs with a 26-years-old Seema Sil of Kurir Math in Bongaon for more than 10 years. 


Six months before, when the girl offers him to marry but he dines. Then the girls family went Krishnendu's house and met his family members with marriage proposal. But Krishnendu and his family did not welcome this, better to say the girls family was refused there. At a time an altercation began with the two families. 


However two weeks before the young girl moved to Bongaon police station and registered an FIR with the police against Krishnendu for alleged breach of trust, cohabitation, cheating etc. The boy was booked u/s 376, 506, 417 IPC. 


The case was raised in Judge Shantanu Mukherjee's court today and the court had given the provision, if the accused marry his girlfriend only then the bail would be granted. Later the accused, Krishnendu files a pitition to the judge to marry the complainer, the girl also agreed with this.


Later both the couple marry each other attiring marriage dress, exchange garlands inside the courtyard.  


The girl says "I had complained against Krishnendu as he dines me to marry. We had a misunderstanding, niw the problem has been solved. I am very happy to marry him after the cour order. 


While Krishnendu's uncle Sukamal Saha says "we have no objection as our son agreed to marry her. The newly married girl will be respected as bride/daughter-in-law in our family." 


Samir Das, the public prosecutor says "both the couple had filed affidavit in the court after agreeing Mary each other and lastly it took place."
