You can make this salad with the leftovers of the house and put it on the shelf. Adding to this salad is Hollywood. It was made by Cobb, a restaurant owner there. Naming after him. Materials



1 cup of romaine lettuce,


Medium size shrimp 200 g


2 chicken breasts,


Bacon a few,


4 eggs,


1 avocado,


1 cup of onion,


A few of the grape tomatoes,


Olive oil as needed,


A little pepper powder.



Half a cup of mayonnaise,


2 tablespoons of coriander leaves,


2 tablespoons of lemon juice,


1 teaspoon of lemon zest,


Half a teaspoon of garlic powder,

Method: Heat oil and lightly fry the shrimps covered with salt and pepper powder. Fry the bacon finely. Boil the eggs and cut them vertically. Lightly fry the chicken breasts in olive oil. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, coriander leaves, lemon juice and zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper powder.
