Enjoy a parcel of cheese on a rainy wet evening, note the recipe

Necessary ingredients
 250 grams of grated cheese
 Onion 1, finely chopped

 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of coriander leaves

 Salt to taste
 2 tablespoons of oil

 250 grams of grated cheese


 Onion 1, finely chopped


 Raw chilli 2


 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder


1 teaspoon of coriander leaves


  1 cup of flour


 Salt to taste


 2 tablespoons of oil


 A pinch of baking soda


 For oil frying


Method


 Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry. Fry for one or two minutes with raw chilli, salt, coriander leaves, cheese and turmeric powder. Now remove it from the heat. Knead the flour with water. Take a lentil of this macha flour and roll it. Put a tablespoon of cheese stuffing and fold it like an envelope. Seal the edges with water. Heat oil in a pan and fry. Cheese parcels are ready. Now serve them with chutney or sauce.
