Ingredients:
Onion
Black Pepper
powder
As salt to
taste
Chaat
masala
Coriander
leaves
Oil
Lemon juice
Procedure:
To make
restaurant style lachcha onion, first cut 3 pieces of onion and separate them.
Now soak them in cold water. In a bowl, mix 3 teaspoons of black pepper powder,
1 teaspoon of black salt, chaat masala and 1 teaspoon of salt. Turn the onion
rings and let them dry, then add 3 teaspoons chopped coriander leaves, add
spices and mix all together. Mix 1 teaspoon of mustard oil and 2 lemon juice.
Lachcha is ready to eat onions.
