Ingredients:
1 cup sour yogurt
1 teaspoon brown onion paste
1 teaspoon fried
walnut paste
3 teaspoons grated cheese
Chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon mint
leaves
1-2 chopped raw
chillies
Half a teaspoon of fried cumin
Fennel
Ginger
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients together. Leave this mixture in the
fridge for about half an hour. Spread coarsely ground walnuts in a tray.
Make kebabs from the
mixture. Now roll each kebab well in walnuts. Grill with a nonstick pan or a
little ghee. Fry the kebabs with both sides turned in it. Serve these yogurt
kebabs hot with the sauce of choice.
