2 cups yogurt
1 onion (grated)
1 onion (finely
chopped)
1 raw chilli
1 Tbsp Ginger
(Grated)
Dried chilli powder
according to taste
1 teaspoon raita
masala
1 teaspoon coriander
leaves (cut into pieces)
As salt to taste
Procedure
First, place the yogurt in a container and whisk it.
Now mix onion, raw
chilli, ginger, raita masala, dried chilli powder and salt with curd.
Onion raita is ready.
Refrigerate for a while.
Now garnish the onion
raita with coriander leaves and serve it with parota / bread or rice.
