Materials
A little less than half a tablespoon of black cumin
Yellow powder is a little less than half a table spoon
Coriander powder is a little less than half a table spoon
Half a tablespoon of cumin powder
Kasundi 4 tablespoons
Salt
5-6 tablespoons mustard oil
2-3 raw chillies
Coriander leaves crushed
Method: Fish should be washed well and marinated with salt and turmeric. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish over medium heat. Then take the fried fish and fry black cumin and raw chilli in a pan, reduce the heat. Then stir in the poppy paste, cassava, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder until the oil separates.
Then stir in half a cup of water, salt and raw chilli powder. After that the fish should be kept covered in a pan. Reduce heat to 5 minutes. Coriander leaves should be spread. Serve with hot rice Rui Kasundi.
