A young man was caught in red-handed while stealing cycles and then beaten mercilessly. The incident took place in uttar kalair area in dehanga in Monday.
It has known, the suspected boy was allegedly stealing the cycles from the school students- who went for private tuition this morning. The locals noticy that and caught him. After this the boy was tied with the grill windows and angry men started beating the accused mercilessly.
However Deganga police was rushed the spot after getting the news and rescued him to the police station.
Local people said the accused boy had beeing stealing for the years. Today he was held red-handed.
