Patal poppy



Materials:



Patal: 4


Poppy paste: 50 gm


Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon


Cashew nuts: 6


Raw chillies: 4


Mustard oil: 3 tablespoons


Sugar: 1 teaspoon


Salt to taste


Method:


Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Then put salt and turmeric on the pots. On the other hand, take water in a pot and soak poppy seeds in it for a while. Then strain the water and mix the poppy seeds, green chillies and cashew nuts in the mixer. Put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add the pots. Once the pots are well fried, remove them from the pan and set aside. Now put the raw chilli-cashew and poster bata in the oil. Now strain it for a while. After five minutes add a little more sugar. Then put the pots in it. Shake a little and cover the pan with a little water. After 5-6 minutes open the lid and spread mustard oil on top. Turn down and serve hot.
