CBI meet BJP Member deceased Akash Yadavs Family

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officials visited deceased Akash Yadav's house in Bhatpara district of North 24 Parganas on Monday to meet his kin and to stock of the situation. 


Incidentally, Yadav, jute mill worker was shot dead on May 2 this year when counting the assembly election was going on. 23-year-old Yadav was called over phone around 1pm and shot dead near by his house at Purani Tala area in 17 number ward in Bhatpara municipality. He was then taken to the hospital where he was declared dead. 

After the incident members of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) visitey that time. 


On Monday, CBI officials came and talked the kin of deceased Akash and his neighbours also. His family members claim Akash was not involved with any political party. 


Mother of deceased Akash said today that day I was at my house as I had a headache also high pressure. I was lying on the bed. My son returned from duty and told me to serve the food and it was being made. Suddenly a chaos begun outside of our house and I can't tell what happened next." 

"However I am very happy after CBI officers came our house for enquiry, said she.  

Sitamarhi also says "two-three People were arrested in connection with the murder that time but after four days they were freed.
