 Capsicum-1

 Yogurt - half a cup

 Cream - 2 tbsp

 Grated cheese - 1/4 cup

Well chopped dried chilli - 4

 Oil - two tablespoons

Salt - Kasuri as fenugreek flavor

 Tandoori Masala - 1 tbsp

Garam masala - 1 tbsp

Dried chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

For garnishing - coriander leaf crumbs

 Onion

 Lemon - half

Procedure:

To make tandoori malai chap, first remove the stick from the soy chap. Now cut it into small pieces and put it in a container. After that, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, kasuri fenugreek and salt and apply well on the chap, leave for 15-20 minutes to marinate. After baking, let it cool for a while. Once it cools, remove the burnt layer with your hands. Then mix the ripe capsicum and raw chilli together. Then mix the marinated soy chap with capsicum paste, cream yogurt, cheese, salt, tandoori masala, hot spices and dried chilli powder. After mixing, keep it again for 15 to 20 minutes. Then heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the soy chap and cook for 7-8 minutes. Reduce the heat and let it cook for a while. When it is cooked, turn off the heat and place on a plate and then garnish with coriander leaves. Prepare your tandoori malai chap, serve with capsicum, chopped onion pieces and green chutney and lemon.
