If you want to lose weight, you should not eat chocolate every day. But recent research says you can get up in the morning and eat a small amount of dark or concentrated chocolate. It will help control blood sugar levels. You will get less hunger.


Researchers at the University of Murcia in Spain and Bringham conducted the study jointly. In this study, some menopausal women were fed chocolate in the morning. Attempts were made to understand what kind of effect it had on their bodies. The study, published in the journal FASEB, found that they did not gain weight by eating chocolate. Rather, it has been found that sleep, hunger, and the desire to eat are affected by eating chocolate.



Eating chocolate every morning has been shown to control blood sugar levels and burn more fat. Playing every night has been shown to have an effect on the next day's metabolism rate and ability to exercise.


However, this test was performed on only 19 menstruating women. They used to eat chocolate within an hour of waking up in the morning and an hour before going to bed at night. According to the researchers, "We have studied not only what to eat, but also when it is most beneficial to the body."
