The monsoon season has now reached many parts of India and will soon reach some places including Delhi. However, with the monsoon comes many deadly infections. Due to which you and your child can be affected by many diseases including cough, cold and fever. This infection quickly catches people with weakened immune systems. However, according to Ayurvedic doctor Dr. Abrar Multani, you can stay away from infection by drinking 4 decoctions during the rainy season. Let's find out how to make this desi decoction.


Must drink this desi decoction in the rainy season!

Ayurvedic expert Dr. Abrar Multani says that the rainy season is very conducive to many harmful and pathogenic microorganisms. However, this is not to say that these diseases cannot catch people with strong immunity. So, as a precautionary measure we must also take the following four local decoctions during the monsoon season.


Decoction of molasses, cumin and black pepper:


To make this decoction, boil 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1 teaspoon cumin in a glass of water until the water is halved. You can add molasses to this decoction to enhance its taste. After that, take this decoction off the gas and drink it 2 to 3 times a day


White Onion Decoction:


You can also prevent the infection in the rainy season by drinking white onion decoction. For this, clean the white onion well and boil it in 1 glass of water. When the water is halved, you can add molasses and enhance its taste. This desi cut relieves cough, cold etc.


Cut native chilli, fenugreek seeds, basil and ginger:


First clean the ginger and cut it into small pieces. Then boil ginger pieces, one teaspoon fenugreek seeds, 4-5 basil leaves and a pinch of black pepper powder in a glass of water. Drink when the water is half. It relieves cough and cold problems in the rainy season.


Decoction of pepper for cold and cough:


You can make a decoction of peppers in the rainy season. It is very easy to make and benefits the body. To make it, boil 5 to 6 peppers and beetroot in a glass of water to taste. Drink when the water is half done.
