Many people eat a variety of foods and exercise to lose fat. Among them, those who eat more fat by reducing carbohydrates from their daily diet, their diet is called keto diet. But since they are not allowed to eat any kind of food in their diet, they often do not understand what kind of snacks can be eaten. So they are always looking for new positions. There were two different cooking recipes for them.
Quito ‘corn’ fritters
Flower copy: 3 cups
Eggs: 1
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Coconut flour: 2 tablespoons
Fennel: 1 teaspoon
Coconut oil: 1/2 cup
Procedure
This recipe to bring that kind of taste without corn kernels or corn. Grind cauliflower well in a blender. Now mix cauliflower powder, eggs, salt, coconut flour and fennel in a bowl. Now put oil in a pan over medium heat. Now roll this mixture little by little and add oil. When it turns golden after frying for a couple of minutes, take it down. Now wipe off the excess oil with a paper towel and serve hot.
Crispy chicken skin
Materials:
Chicken skin: 2 cups
Paprika powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Procedure
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade. Now place the chicken skins in a baking tray. Then spread paprika powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, salt well on top. Bake for 15 minutes. Then serve hot.
