Are you standing upright while standing upright? Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. You may be standing like a pregnant woman with her waist bent like an arch and her stomach bulging forward. This is called lordatic posture. Standing in this lordatic posture can soon cause back muscle pain and even spinal problems. Many people stand in this way while standing straight. This problem will be reduced with a few exercises. It will be okay to stand.

Lie down to get back on the mat. Then bend the knees upwards. Keep your hands folded on either side of your chest. Keep the sternum low so that the spine is straight. Now take a pillow between the two knees and press it, as well as the buttocks and glute. Now lift the caudal bone a little and hold this posture for a while. Then press the pillow again and gently lower the caudal bone and place it on the mat. Do this twice.

Alternative leg lift

Lie down to get your back on the mat. Bend the knees upwards. Make sure the back is straight to the ground. Now make each leg at a 90 degree angle. Do this exercise 7 times for each leg.

Pelvic tilt with back against the wall

Straighten your back against the wall. Make sure there is no gap between the back and the wall. Lean against the wall with glue. Place the sternum on the inside. Hold this position for a while then release. If it is very difficult, you can come forward with one foot, but there should be no gap between the wall and the back.
