An article has recently been published in the Harvard Health Publishing Journal on the harms of pillows. It has been claimed that if the head is at an angle of more than 30 degrees to the body, breathing problems may occur. Although it is not detected in sleep, it can cause great harm in the future.


What could be the damage as a result?
