 3 1/4 cup milk

 3 tablespoons sugar

 1 1/2 tablespoons custard powder

 A pinch of saffron

 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

 1/4 cup fresh cream


To make the almond shake, first heat 2 cups of milk in a non-stick deep pan, add sugar, cardamom powder and custard powder and stir occasionally and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. .

 Meanwhile, put the nuts in a blender jar and mix the remaining milk into a smooth paste. Add ground paste to the milk mixture and mix.

Boil it for five minutes on low heat. Now add saffron and cook for one minute.

 Add fresh cream to it and mix. Take the pan off the gas. Refrigerate to cool.

Now pour it in a serving glass and garnish with cardamom powder and saffron and serve cold.
