Ingredients:

 1 corn (slightly boiled)

 1/4 cup tomato paste

 1/4 cup chopped onion

 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes

 1 avocado (cut)

2 tablespoons soft cheese

 2 tablespoons olive oil

 1-2 teaspoons salt

 Pepper to taste

 1 lemon (juice)

 1-2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Procedure:

To make a sweet corn salad, first prepare a salad dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.

 Now mix corn, tomato, onion and avocado in a bowl. Now pour the dressing over the salad. Add the cheese at the end, toss gently and enjoy the tasty corn salad.
