 Half a kilo of baby corn

 2 eggs

 3/4 cup flour

 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste

 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

 2 tablespoons oil

 1 teaspoon garlic

 1 cup chopped onion

 Cut 1 capsicum

 3 tablespoons cornflower

 1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons vinegar

 2 tablespoons salt

 2 tablespoons soy sauce

 1/2 cup tomato puree

 2 tablespoons celery (chopped)

 Oil for frying


Add eggs, flour, garlic, ginger paste and enough water to thicken the paste.

 Cover the baby corn with this paste and leave it for 5-10 minutes.

 Heat the oil and fry the baby corns one by one until golden brown.Then take them on absorbent paper so that the excess oil comes out.

 Heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry garlic and onion in it.

 Add the capsicum and turn it over after a while.

 Now add the sauce mixture and cook till the sauce is thick and transparent.

 Now add fried corn to it and toss and serve after a while.
