Bengal BJP MLA Sunil Singh dismissed the speculation says "I am in BJP, will stay. There is no question of joining TMC.

Noapara MLA and BJP leader Sunil Singh of Bengal's North 24 Parganas district has dismissed rumors of him leaving the BJP and joining the Trinamool Congress. On Monday afternoon, Sunil Singh met with Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on the last day of the West Bengal State Assembly session. He was accompanied by Surojit Das, MLA of Bangaon North. After that, there was speculation, but are they going to leave the BJP and join the Trinamool Congress again?

Sunil Singh told reporters at his home in Noapara that evening, "There is no such thing. Meeting with the Hon'ble Chief Minister does not mean that I am going to join the Trinamool Congress. There is no question of joining the Trinamool Congress. It is just a courtesy call. I am still in the BJP. I will be in the future. "

Explaining his meeting with the Chief Minister, Sunil said, "We had the last assembly session today. We had a photo session with all the MLAs on the last day. I became MLA for the first time, so I didn't know it. Since I won the by-election. If I had been a MLA for five years, I would have known about the photo session at the the assembly. However, after the photo session, I suddenly met Didi. We kept going out and Didi kept coming that way. Suddenly I met with Didi face to face. She asks how is my body? I tell her that my body is healthy and well." Sunil Singh added, "We keep walking after that. Didi calls me 10 minutes later. I go there and talk to Didi. I talk to Didi about the two problems I have in my assembly. One of them is that the Ghoshpara road from Lalkuti to Ichapur is very bad. People cannot walk. People can get the benefit of this road if the work is done at a fast pace.
Secondly, the ghats of the Ganges at Ichapur have been closed for a long time. It needs to be launched soon. Didi also assured us that they will look at these carefully. However, after talking to the Chief Minister, it seems that these two works can be started very soon. That's my belief."

The two BJP MLAs talked to the Chief Minister for about nearly 20 minutes at noon. Although the two MLAs demanded a meeting with the Chief Minister to seek help in development work. But the speculation continues.
