The way to get rid of insomnia

 Sleep eliminates body fatigue.  At the end of the day's work, peace of mind brings unending joy.  Even after going to bed at the end of the busiest day, many do not sleep.  Which brings to an end with physical discomfort.

 People who suffer from such problems and are not getting good sleep can sleep with a massage head before going to sleep at night.  In this case you can massage your head with someone else.  Or you can massage your head yourself.

 Let's not know how to massage head-

 Firstly

 Choose the oil of your choice for head massage.  You can choose between coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil or a mixture of these three types of oil.  These oils keep the hair bright.  Helps relax the skin of the head and provides emotional relief.

 Secondly:

 Heat it in a container with oil of choice.  Neither too hot nor too hot.  Heat the oils in a saucepan.

 Thirdly:

 Apply hot oil to the head of the saffron and massage it thoroughly on the palate of the head.  Rotate your finger once clockwise, and once again counterclockwise massage.  In this way, massage the whole head for 3 to 5 minutes continuously.

 Fourthly:

 After 3 hours of massage oil on the entire hair, wash the hair thoroughly with shampoo.  If you do not want to shampoo, you can sleep all night with oil in your head.
