Chief Ministers and other leaders of various states, including West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, on Sunday wished the Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who was infected with Covid-19, to be well.  He tweeted, "Heard news of Union Home Minister Amit Shah being infected with Kovid-19.  I wish him a quick recovery.  My prayers are with him and his family. "  Shah, 55, tweeted on Sunday that he has been found infected with the corona virus and is being admitted to the hospital on the advice of doctors.

 Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, senior BJP leader Raman Singh and other state leaders also prayed for Shah's early recovery.  Baghel tweeted and wrote, "I wish the country's home minister Mr. Amit Shah a speedy recovery." 

Chhattisgarh Health Minister TS Dev Singh tweeted, "Wish Home Minister Amit Shah to get well soon."  Former Chief Minister of the state Raman Singh tweeted, "I pray to God that you get well as soon as possible and be ready to serve the nation with full energy."  All the best wishes and prayers are with you all over the country. "Senior BJP leader Vishnu Dev Sai said," The news of the Honorable Home Minister Amit Shah being infected with Corona virus is very worrying.  I pray to God to get well soon.  I wish you well soon and come back to public service again. "
