Increased tension between China and the United States due to issues such as corona virus, trade war to South China Sea is not seen to decrease at the moment.  On the contrary, the two countries closed each other's consulates here, which has further worsened the situation.  Meanwhile, US Air Force warships reached very close to China.  Even a ship sailed just 100 km from Shanghai.  This is the first event in recent years to get so close.  (All photos: South China Sea Strategic Situation Probing Initiative)
The movement continues for 12 days

US Army planes have been flying near China for 12 consecutive days.  On Monday, the Institute tweeted that it appears that the Air Force airplane reconnaissance RC-135 appears to have entered Taiwan airspace.  However, the Institute did not confirm this and Taiwan's Ministry of Defense has not responded to these claims.  Subsequently, the Institute again tweeted that EP-3E is performing Reiki 100 km near Guangdong.

 Nearest to Shanghai

It was then informed that the US Navy's P-8A is operating near Shanghai and the Guided Missile Destroyer USS Rafael Peralta is on the same path.  According to the think tank's chart, the P-8A came 76.5 km closer to Shanghai, which is a close incident in recent years.  The second ship was at 106 km to Fujian.

 Jet reached Reiki?

According to the Peking University think tank South China Sea Strategic Situation Probation Initiative, the P-8A Anti-Submarine Plain and EP-3E Plain entered the Taiwan Strait to Reiki and flew off the coast of Xujiang and Fujian.  It was first tweeted on Sunday morning and then told that the reclining plane was heading back to Fujian and the southern part of the Taiwan Strait.
