Telangana: Chief Minister KCR appeals to PM Narendra Modi regarding Corona virus

Coronavirus cases are increasing in India.  On Saturday morning, 22 new cases have been revealed.  The number of infected people has now reached 258.  Four people have died.  So far 28 people have managed to defeat this disease.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi is talking to the Chief Ministers of all the states regarding the safety of citizens.  Telangana (Telangana) Chief Minister K.K.  K Chandrashekhar Rao has appealed to him during a conversation with the PM that the central government can use the Hyderabad-based Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) to investigate the corona virus.  The suspects can be investigated on a large scale here.  He told PM Modi that CCMB is a life science research center and it comes under the central government.

On Friday evening, PM Modi spoke to Chief Minister Chandrashekhar Rao on the issue of Corona virus through a video conference.  During this time, KCR told PM Modi that if the central government gives an opportunity, then the state government together with CCMB can test thousands of samples at one place simultaneously.  The CM also told PM Modi how the state government is fighting this virus.  All possible steps are being taken in the state as a precaution.  He said that metro cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru etc. have more number of people coming from abroad and the airports located in these cities should be monitored closely.  He also gave many other suggestions to PM Modi.

CM Chandrasekhar Rao further said that crores of people also travel through the railways in the country, so the corona virus should be tested at all railway stations.  All railway coaches and stations should also be sanitized.  Rao told PM Modi that in order to not spread the infection, he has banned all public meetings in the state.  Ram Navami, all the events related to the festival on the night of wake up have been canceled.  He assured PM Modi that the state government is fully prepared to work with the central government to eradicate the corona virus.  Let us tell that due to the fear of this virus, workers in unorganized sectors working in other states are returning to their respective states.  Due to this, there is a lot of crowd at railway stations and bus bases.
