Eminent chef and Bombay canteen co-founder Floyd Cardoz died of a coronavirus at a hospital in New York.  His family sources have given this information.  Sources said 59-year-old Floyd Cardoz was infected with Covid-19 and was undergoing treatment at the hospital.  Let me tell you that Cardoz was a collaborator of Mumbai's popular restaurant chains 'Bombay Canteen' and 'O Pedro'.  Recently he started his third venture 'Bombay Sweet'.  Kardos, born in Mumbai, was here till March 8 and on March 18, he informed him via social media that he has admitted himself to a New York hospital after having fever.
