 Swollen stomach is a problem that almost everyone has encountered at least once.  This is because of excess gas accumulated in the body due to excess filling or some digestive problems.  Known as the cause of discomfort and pain, a floral stomach is not the same as holding water.  The former include the accumulation of solid, liquid or gas in the digestive system.  However, excess water is produced later in the body.  If a swollen stomach does not settle over time, weight gain and chronic infections can occur.  Don't worry, it's easy to get rid of a swollen stomach.  Here, we tell you about some effective ways to do this.

 ১.  Keep yourself hydrated
 If you think drinking water or fruit juice can make the situation worse, you are probably wrong.  Drinking water actually sends a signal to the digestive system and brain that the body is no longer required to be above water and therefore it must be released from the system.

 2.  Eat banana
 Eating bananas is considered one of the most effective ways to cut spots.  Being rich in potassium, banana can help you get rid of excess body sodium and water levels.  This fruit is actually capable of working against water retention.

 ৩.  Go for an Epsom salt bath

  Epsom salts have been scientifically proven to release excess water or gas from the body.  Because it has magnesium in it, it can.  This mineral can easily draw water and solve the inflammatory problem.  However it can lead to dehydration.  Therefore, you should take effective precautionary measures to avoid the problem.

 ৪.  Eat a protein-rich meal during breakfast

 Even when you're working on a swollen stomach, eating may feel oppressive, doing so can help.  But that doesn't mean you can have anything.  Here, you have to be selective.  Choice of protein and fiber rich foods like meat, fish, nuts, seeds etc. These foods can help in the passage of feces, gas and even water easily.
