Sri Lanka has exposed Pakistan to lies and propaganda as part of its diplomacy. Sri Lanka said on Tuesday that India has not put any pressure on any of its players to get out of the Pakistan tour. Sri Lankan Sports Minister Harin Fernando exposed the lies of Pakistan, saying that there is no such thing as pressure and the players who withdrew from the tour of Pakistan have decided on the basis of the incident in 2009.

Let us know that on Monday, 10 Sri Lankan players withdrew from the tour of Pakistan citing security reasons. Sri Lanka team is going to visit Pakistan from 27 September to 19 October. Pakistan's Science and Technology Minister Fawad Hussain, who was in the news to discuss the base-leg statement by the Sri Lankan team's top players, withdrew from the series, said they had received information that India had threatened Pakistani players That if they do not refuse to go to Pakistan, then they will be dropped from the IPL. Among the players who have refused to visit Pakistan for security reasons are ODI captain Dimuth Karunaratne, T20 captain Lasith Malinga, former captain Angelo Mathews, Niroshan Dikwela, Kusal Perera, Dhananjay de Silva, Akila Dhananjay, Suranga Lakmal, Dinesh Chandimal and Dimuth Karunaratne. It is believed that these players are the backbone of Sri Lanka team.
