New Delhi [Bijendra Bansal] Message of a meeting of Congress President Rahul Gandhi, who resigned from his post after losing the Lok Sabha election, is proving to be a great relief for party leaders and workers in Haryana. After the resignation, Rahul Gandhi, who showed little activism in party activities, has convened a meeting of the State Coordination Committee of the state Congress in view of assembly elections in Haryana.

The meeting was called by Rahul at his 12th Tuglak Lane residence on June 27 at 4.30 pm. It is believed that Rahul will be able to calm the beating of the chair in the state Congress chair chair in this meeting. This meeting was informed by the National General Secretary of the party and state in charge Ghulam Nabi Azad has given to all 15 members of the coordination committee. Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Chairman of Coordination Committee

The committee includes state Congress chief Ashok Tanwar, former Union Minister Kumari Selja, legislator Dal leader Kiran Chaudhary, MLA Randeep Surjewala, Kuldeep Bishnoi and all the leaders of the state Congress including the Congress. These politicians have become frustrated about assuming the command of the state Congress. It has himself seen Ghulam Nabi Azad in the committee meeting in New Delhi on 4th June.

23 days after the meeting of the Congress Coordination Committee

The state Congress Coordination Committee meeting was held on 4th June after the defeat in Lok Sabha elections. This meeting was taken by the State Incharge National Secretary Ghulam Nabi Azad. In this meeting, there was a debate on the issue of defeating the Karnal Lok Sabha election by Dr Ashok Tanwar and MLA Kuldeep Sharma. Congress MLA Jayitirth Dahiya had also accused Tanwar of abusing after the meeting.

Ghulam Nabi Azad also left the meeting due to the tension between the party leaders. Sources reveal that Ghulam Nabi Azad had decided in this meeting that he will not hold a meeting of the state Congress alone. This is the reason that in spite of having survived only 100 days in the state assembly elections, Azad did not officially meet any state-level leader in the last 23 days.
