Moitrish Majumdar, Kolkata:

British airline Thomas Cook that was going to Canary Islands from Brimingham, England, delayed its schedule. This happened as the airline officials were forbading a lady to board the plane who was wearing  clothes that was claimed to be inappropriate.

The airline told the passenger that her outfit was not comforting for her fellow passengers. And so she needs to cover up or must deboard the plane.

Emily O'Connor 21 year lady who was an old resident of Brimingham took a flight from her hometown to Tenerife, Spain on march 12. She was wearing a black crop top with thin straps and a waist high orange trousers. And soon in the airport she was spotted and got surrounded by four crew members to take her luggage off the plane.

In her statements she said that she asked her fellow passengers that wether her attire was offending them, then no one spoke anything except one man whose words were abusive according to her.

In the Washington post the airline issued a statement that they were sorry to whatever happened to miss O'Connor as they were ashamed of the incident and they could have handled that in a better way. They aslo stated that those actions were taken as there are few airline norms on dresses people wear and some attire policy on which the crew members and antandees a bound to follow.

This divided the internet in two parts, one part supporting the airline and the other part supporting Emily. Emily even twitted about her incident.
