In Bihar, for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, seats have been split in the NDA. After the meeting at BJP's national president Amit Shah's residence, it has been announced at the Joint Press Conference of BJP-JDU-LJP. In this meeting Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan and his son MP Chirag Paswan were also present.
After this announcement, when Shah claimed to win more seats than in 2019, Nitish Kumar has said that NDA will win more than 200 seats in Bihar.

After the meeting at the house, Shah said at the press conference that after a long discussion, it was decided that BJP will contest elections on JDU 17-17 and LJP 6 Lok Sabha seats.
Shah said, "Ram Vilas Paswan will be made a NDA candidate in the upcoming Rajya Sabha election." The BJP president said, "After seeing the strength of the NDA alliance, the three parties have taken a decision. Soon, the political agenda of the NDA will be taken before the people. "
