A delegation of South Korea left for North Korea on Wednesday for the Shila NyaS ceremony, which was organized to link the road and railway route again into the Korean Peninsula, which divides both countries. This ceremony is being organized at a time when the talks about nuclear disarmament between the two Korean countries are interrupted.
A special train carrying 9 coaches carrying officials and about five South Korean nationals, including North Korea, were seen leaving from the Seoul railway station in the morning. The route from here to North Korean border city Kaysong is two hours.
South Korean President Moon JE-In and North Korean leader Kim Jong-he had agreed to hold this function at the end of the year during his third summit in Pyongyang (in September).
