3. Garlic (Lehsun)

Regular intake of garlic in diabetes can lead to normal blood sugar levels. Garlic creates hormones that control the sugar in your body. So add garlic to your food from today.

4. Cinnamon (Dalchini)

Regular intake of cinnamon boasts the immune system. Along with this, it also prevents diseases caused by changing weather and disease from dangerous bacteria. At the same time, hemaoglobin level is improves with cinnamon, due to which patients of type 2 diabetes get very much benefit.
