'Titli' devastates Odisha Coast, school colleges forced to shut down.

The cyclonic storm 'Butterfly', which came due to the pressure on the Bay of Bengal, has become extremely dangerous. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Wednesday that due to this cyclone, winds of strong winds could run at 145 kmph.
Given the danger of cyclone, the Odisha and Andhra Pradesh government is taking precautionary steps. About three lakh people have been evacuated from the low-lying areas. NDRF teams have been deployed in both the states. School and collages remained shut since Thursday .
