Investor's capital decreased by Rs 5 lakh crore in 2 days

With the sharp decline in the stock markets, investors' capital has decreased by Rs 5 lakh crore in two days. The Sensex of the Bombay Stock Exchange has broken 1,357 points in two days.

On Thursday, there was a strong sell-out in the market. The Sensex dropped 806 points to 35,169 points. The market capitalization of listed companies of Bombay Stock Exchange declined by Rs 5,02,895.97 crore in two days to Rs 1,40,39,742.92 crore, i.e. below 2 lakh crore.

On the other hand, the sharp fall in the exchange value of rupee continued on Thursday and the rupee touched 73.81 against the dollar. International oil prices of crude oil have also reached the highest level of $ four per year at $ 86 a barrel. Brent Crude was at $ 86 per barrel in the morning trade, then WTI Crude had surpassed $ 76.
